White Balsamic Black Bean Hummus

1 (15-ounce) can black beans, drained
ΒΌ cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 cloves garlic, chopped
3 tablespoons Olive Cart California Arbequina Olive Oil
3 tablespoons lime juice
1 teaspoon Olive Cart Premium 25 Year Aged White Balsamic Vinegar
1 teaspoon ground cumin
Sea salt and black pepper, to taste


  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor; puree until smooth. Season to taste and enjoy.
