This is a very versatile base for soup.  You can add whatever vegetables you would like.  Add Ham, Pork, Chicken, sausage, or Beef.

Skip the dumplings, and add noodles, rice, potatoes, or eat plain.

This hearty and delicious soup is a great way to use up leftover chicken and couldn't be simpler to make.

1 1/2 TBSP Olive Cart Mango Fiesta Olive Oil

Trying to be healthy but still have a craving for cookies? By replacing butter with olive oil and decreasing the sugar by adding our rich low-suagar balsamic, these cookies are very healthy and yummy too!

3/4 cup creamy natural peanut butter
1/4 cup Olive Cart Churned Butter Olive Oil

  • 6 cups baby brussel Sprouts (can use full size cut in halves and quarters)
  • Olive Cart Toasted Garlic Avocado Oil
  • 1 C Mayonnaise (I use Hellmans)
  • 2 TBSP minced Garlic
  • 1 TBSP horseradish (ground, not cream)
  • 1 TBSP Olive Cart Hot Pepper Spread
  • Juice of 1 medium-large Lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 5 slices of lemons (optional)

2 3/4 Cup Whole milk
4Tbs Salted butter
1/4 Cup All purpose flour
1tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp dry yellow mustard
1/8 tsp Cayenne pepper

1 1/4 cups Gruyere cheese freshly grated
1 1/4 cups extra sharp white cheddar freshly grated

8oz Frozen Strawberries.
3 large Basil leaves
2 TBLS Olive Cart Strawberry White Balsamic
1 TBLS Water
Whipped Cream
Combine Strawberries, Basil leaves, Olive Cart Strawberry White Balsamic and water into a food processor, blender, or a bowl.
Blend together until smooth.  Place by scoops on clouds of whipped cream.

4 oz cream cheese softened, 
1/4 C Olive Cart Spicy Orange Salsa
1 1/2 tsp Olive Cart Cajun Seasoning.
Whisk cream cheese until light and fluffy.  Stir in Olive Cart Cajun Seasoning until fully incorporated.  Slowly stir in Olive Cart Spicy Orange Salsa until smooth and creamy.
Enjoy In Shrimp Po' Boys, fish tacos, Salmon, with chicken, pork..etc.  Makes a great dipping sauce or salad dressing too.

1/2 lb Shrimp (21/40 size)  About 12. If using frozen run under cold water until thawed.  Put on paper towels to dry.
1 TBLS Cornstarch
1 tsp Olive Cart Cajun Seasoning.
2 TBLS Olive Cart Key Lime Avocado Oil
Pat Shrimp dry.
Mix Corn Starch and Olive Cart Cajun Seasoning together in a large zip lock bag.
Add shrimp to the bag and toss until lightly coated. 
Heat skillet over medium high heat.  Add 2 TBLS Olive Cart Key Lime Avocado Oil.
Add shrimp to skillet and cook 2 minutes.  Turn shrimp over and cook an additional two minutes.  Be careful that you do not overcook...
