Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
 
Take either Tri-Color Carrots or baby carrots and toss them with Olive Cart Tandoori Oil, (just enough to coat them) and sprinkle with Olive Cart Michigan Sea Salt Flakes
 
Place them in a single layer on a cookie sheet and cook until caramelized.  
 
The sweetness of the carrots with the wonderful spices and heat of the Olive Cart Tandoori Oil makes for a great side, especially if served over Harissa Yogurt Dip

1/4 cup Greek non-fat yogurt
1/4 cup Sour cream
2 TBLS Olive Cart Harissa Sauce (or more to taste)
1/4 tsp Olive Cart Michigan Sea Salt Flakes
 
Mix all together:
 
Enjoy with fresh vegetables, chips, flatbread, or under Caramelized Carrots (Or any of your favorite roasted vegetables.)

Ingredients:

2 liter Sprite

1/3 cup Olive Cart Lime Jalapeno White Balsamic

                         

Directions:

Mix all ingredients.

Gently add ice and serve

 
You can also use Olive Cart Lime Jalapeno Balsamic as simple syrup for your Margaritas or Mojitos. Dip the rim of your glass in Olive Cart Habanero Salt for an extra wow.

1 pound frozen, raw shrimp(peeled and deveined - I use 21-25 count)
1/4 cup Olive Cart Chipotle Avocado Oil
2 tbsp Olive Cart Mango Balsamic
1 tsp minced garlic 
1/4 tsp Lawry’s salt
1/4 tsp black pepper 
 
Mix all ingredients together. Thaw shrimp under cold water, pat dry and add to marinade for 30 minutes. Put on skewers and grill 3-4 minutes per side on med-high heat. Remove from grill and drizzle with additional balsamic if desired. You can also use cherry and raspberry balsamic for this recipe.

1/4 c Jif peanut butter (I was out of natural)
1/4 c water
2 cloves of crushed garlic
1 TBLS soy sauce
1 TBLS Olive Cart Ginger Oil
1/4 tsp Olive Cart Thai Seasoning (optional)
 
Whisk it until creamy.
 
Dip veggies, chicken skewers, put over stir fry, or lick off a spoon.

Ingredients:

1 16 oz. can chickpeas, rinsed and drained

2 small cucumbers sliced

½ small purple onion diced

4 Tbl Olive Cart Scallion Greens Olive Oil

2 Tbl fresh lemon juice (1medium lemon)

1 tsp Olive Cart Gourmet Pepper Blend

1 tsp sea salt

 

Directions:

Combine ingredients. Serve cold or at room temperature.

Ingredients:
 
1 package lil' smokies
1/4 small onion diced
1/2 green bell pepper diced
1/2 cup red bell pepper diced
3 TBLS Olive Cart Dill Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 TBLS Olive Cart Creole Cognac Mustard
1 TBLS Honey
 
Directions:
 
Place skillet over medium heat.
Add 2 TBLS Olive Cart Dill Extra Virgin Olive Oil, onions, and bell peppers. Saute over medium heat until onions are translucent. 
 
Add in Lil' Smokies and cook about 5 minutes. Stir in 2 Tbls Olive Cart Creole Cognac Mustard
 
Cover and cook 5 minutes stirring occasionally.

1 lb. Chicken wing dings
1 teaspoon salt (more or less to taste)
1 teaspoon pepper (more or less to taste)
1/2 cup Olive Cart Parmesan Artichoke Blend seasoning
1/2 jar Olive Cart Green Olive Asiago Parmesan Tapenade
 
Rinse chicken and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper followed by the Parmesan Artichoke seasoning blend. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes. Top chicken with the Green Olive Asiago Parmesan Tapenade and cook another 10 minutes.
