Ingredients:

12 oz bag oyster crackers

4 TBLS Olive Cart Cilantro Oil

1 TBLS Olive Cart Baharat Spice

Salt to taste

Directions:

Place oyster crackers in a bowl.  Mix Olive Cart Cilantro Oil with Olive Cart Baharat Spice.  Pour over crackers and stir until coated.

Great snack food, crouton substitute, or float in your favorite soup.

Use this spice/oil combo for marinades, roasting vegetables, salad dressing.

8 oz cream cheese softened

2 teaspoons Olive Cart Baharat Spice              

Olive Cart Roasted Garlic Balsamic Jam

 

Whisk cream cheese until fluffy, add Baharat Spice and mix well. Spread on plate and top with Roasted Garlic Balsamic Jam.

 Enjoy this wonderful dip with crackers or use cream cheese mixture to stuff chicken breast and then top with jam.

1/2 cup Olive Cart Sweet Onion Chutney

8oz cream cheese (softened and fluffed w/whisk)
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 Tbl Olive Cart Roasted Onion Dip 
Worcestershire sauce to taste
 
Whisk cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until combined and fluffy. Stir in Olive Cart Sweet Onion Chutney, Olive Cart Roasted Onion Dip, & Worcestershire sauce until well combined. Best if made up a day ahead of time to let flavors marry.
 
Serve with potato chips, add a dollop on your burger, or use as a sandwich spread.

Ingredients:
 
3 Tbls Butter
1 /4 cup Olive Cart Honey Ginger Balsamic
1 clove crushed garlic
1 filet of Salmon cut in 2" strips
Salt and pepper to taste 
 
Directions:
 
Over medium low heat melt butter. Add crushed garlic and stir until it starts to brown and has a nutty aroma. 
Stir in Olive Cart Honey Ginger Balsamic. Add Salmon and spoon sauce over top until Salmon is cooked through.

Ingredients:

3 eggs

1/2 cup cream cheese, needs to be full fat softened
 
1/4 teaspoon Olive Cart Michigan Sea Salt Flakes
 
1/8 teaspoon Cream of Tartar
 
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
 
Sprinkle of Olive Cart Everything Seasoning
 
Directions:
 
Preheat oven to 300°
 
Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
 
In the yolk bowl, add cream cheese, and baking powder. Mix until there  are no remaining lumps.
 
In egg white bowl, add cream of tartar and Olive Cart Michigan Sea...

8 oz Cream Cheese ( softened ).
1 1/2 Tbsp Olive Cart Cheesy Bacon Sensation seasoning
2 Tbsp Olive Cart Garlic Chili E.V.O.
 
 
Mix together thoroughly and serve with soft or regular pretzels, ov er baked potatoes or on pasta. Great for Nacho's.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
 
Take either Tri-Color Carrots or baby carrots and toss them with Olive Cart Tandoori Oil, (just enough to coat them) and sprinkle with Olive Cart Michigan Sea Salt Flakes
 
Place them in a single layer on a cookie sheet and cook until caramelized.  
 
The sweetness of the carrots with the wonderful spices and heat of the Olive Cart Tandoori Oil makes for a great side, especially if served over Harissa Yogurt Dip

1/4 cup Greek non-fat yogurt
1/4 cup Sour cream
2 TBLS Olive Cart Harissa Sauce (or more to taste)
1/4 tsp Olive Cart Michigan Sea Salt Flakes
 
Mix all together:
 
Enjoy with fresh vegetables, chips, flatbread, or under Caramelized Carrots (Or any of your favorite roasted vegetables.)
