1 medium onion sliced thin

3 TBLS Olive Cart Sundried Tomato, Parmesan, Garlic Olive Oil

3 TBLS Olive Cart Cranberry Walnut Balsamic

3 tsp Olive Cart Roasted Onion Dip Seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste. Don’t be afraid to use some hot pepper if you are so inclined.


Heat skillet to medium heat, add all ingredients and heat until onions are tender and sauce is caramelized.


Enjoy on toast, over burgers or pork, over baked brie.  Possibilities are endless.

4 Tbsp Olive Cart Pesto Oil

3 Tbsp Olive Cart Parmesan Artichoke blend

2 Tbsp Olive Cart Pesto Seasoning

1 12 oz bag oyster cracker


Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl , carefully mix together till crackers are thoroughly coated and enjoy!

As an added note these ingredients without the crackers make a great quick pesto sauce for pasta, chicken etc.

12 ounce bag oyster crackers

4 Tbl.  Olive Cart Jalapeno E.V. Olive Oil
1 ½ Tbl.  Olive Cart Asiago Cheese and Smoked Pepper Seasoning


Place oyster crackers in large bowl.  Whisk together oil and seasoning. Drizzle over crackers, tossing to coat.  Toast if desired.

This sweet and savory pork loin will soon be your family’s favorite and it is actually quite simple to prepare.

The key to a great pork loin is to seal the juices in by searing it first and then only cooking it to 145 degree internal temperature.  Overcooking pork can dry it out so be careful to only cook it to the 145 degree internal temperature.
