Ingredients:

12 ounce bag oyster crackers

4 Tbl.  Olive Cart Lighthouse Lime Oil
2 Tbl.  Olive Cart Asiago Cheese and Smoked Pepper Seasoning


Directions:

Place oyster crackers in large bowl.  Whisk together oil and seasoning. Drizzle over crackers, tossing to coat.  Toast if desired.

Ingredients:
8oz cream cheese room temperature
8oz extra creamy Cool Whip, thawed
1/3 cup Olive Cart Key Lime Avocado Oil
1/3 cup Olive Cart Grapefruit White Balsamic
 
Directions:
Whisk cream cheese until fluffy. Slowly add in the Key Lime Avocado oil and the Grapefruit White balsamic until well blended. Fold in Cool Whip until incorporated.
 
Use as dip with pretzels or Teddy Grahams, or use as filling for a no-bake margarita pie.

8 hard boiled eggs, peeled and mashed
1/4 c mayo
1/4 c sour cream
1/3 cup Olive Cart Jalapeno Cilantro Mustard
3 Tbls Olive Cart Mild Pepper Spread
Salt & Pepper to taste
Chopped celery and onions optional
 
Mix together and enjoy in stuffed tomatoes, with crackers, on bread.. etc.
 
Great use for left over Easter eggs.

·      8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature

·      1 cup marshmallow fluff

·      1 jar Olive Cart Jam or Chutney of your choice

 

 

Whisk together cream cheese and marshmallow until smooth and fluffy.

Spread fluff mixture on center of plate. Spread a light layer of your favorite Olive Cart jelly, jam or chutney over top of fluff layer.

Serve with crackers, meringues, or pretzels.

4 pickle size cucumbers cut in 1/4's or sliced in 1/2" chunks
1 cup Olive Cart Lime Jalapeno White Balsamic
1 cup water
1/2 tsp fine sea salt
1 TBLS Olive Cart Hot Pepper spread (Optional) per jar
2 pint canning jars/lids/rings cleaned and dried
 
Mix the Olive Cart Lime Jalapeno White Balsamic, water, salt, together.
 
Place 1 TBLS Olive Cart Hot Pepper Spread in bottom of each jar. Pack 2 cucumbers in each pint jar (or you could put 2 TBLS Olive Cart Hot Pepper Spread and 4 cucumbers in quart jar) They will fit tight. Pour brine over the top to cover cucumbers. Cover, Refrigerate for 12 hours...

Ingredients:

Small Batch

1 cup  Apple Cider

1 Tbl.  Olive Cart Balsamic

 

Large Batch

1 gal.  Apple Cider

1 cup  Olive Cart Balsamic

 

Directions:

Combine and serve chilled or warm.

Ingredients:

8 oz.  Cream Cheese (room temperature)

1 cup  Marshmallow Fluff

3/4 cup Olive Cart Michigan Cranberry Orange Chutney

 

Directions:

Whisk together the cream cheese and marshmallow until smooth and fluffy. Add Cranberry Orange Chutney and stir well until blended.

Add-in options: pecans, walnots, chopped apples, or sliced grapes

 

This is a lovely side dish to complement your fall dinner menu. Also delicious as a light dessert. A wonderful filling to you autumn trifle.
