6 tsp Sun dried Tomato Mustard
9 tsp mayo
1/4 tsp Dill oil
This was made for reuben meatballs but it would be great with fries or nice breaded fish as well.

2 cups sweet potatoes, cooked, peeled and mashed
3 bananas, ripe and mashed
11/2 cups milk
1/2 cup Olive Cart Black Walnut Balsamic
1 teaspoon Olive Cart Baharat Spice
Preheat oven to 375*


Combine all ingredients and beat until fluffy. Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake 50 to 60 minutes. Sprinkle with black walnuts

6 hard boiled eggs (peeled)
1/2 mayonaise
2 TBLS Scallion Oil
2 TBLS Creole Cognac Mustard
1/2tsp salt. (I used applewood smoked)
1/2 tsp Harissa Chili seasoning 

Mash eggs. add the next 5 ingredients and still well. I think it would be improved with chopped celery and onions.

8 rib lamb rib roast
1/2 tablespoon Olive Cart Curry Powder
1 jar Olive Cart Cran-Orange Chutney
3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon pepper

Preheat oven to 425*. Sprinkle lamb on all sides with salt, pepper and curry, rub into meat, let sit 30 minutes. Brown lamb in tablespoon of Olive Cart Tandoori oil in a 12 inch cast iron skillet, turning meat every 5-6 min to brown on all sides. Place lamb, meat side up, in skillet and slather chutney on tops and sides of meat. Bake for 15-18 min or until thermometer reads 130*. Remove from oven and let rest 10 min. Cut into chops.

12 carrots, sliced diagonally in 1 1/2 thick pieces
3 tablespoons Olive Cart Butternut Squash Seed oil
2 tablespoons Olive Cart Maple Balsamic
salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 400*
Toss carrots in bowl with oil, put on baking sheet in a single layer, salt and pepper. Roast in oven 20-25 minutes until fork tender and golden brown. Drizzle balsamic over top of carrots, return to oven for 3 more minutes.

2-4 slices of watermelon cut into wedges
2 tablespoons Olive Cart Peach White Balsamic
2 teaspoons Olive Cart Himalayan Pink sea salt
Drizzle Peach White Balsamic over watermelon. Sprinkle Himalayan Pink sea salt over the top.

I 16 oz. can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
4 T. Olive Cart Scallion Greens Olive Oil
2 T. fresh lemon juice (1 medium lemon)
1 t. Olive Cart Gourmet Pepper Blend
1 t. sea salt
Combine ingredients. Serve cold or at room temperature.

Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground turkey
1/4 C Olive Cart Scarborough Fair EVO
2 TBS Olive Cart Chicken Seasoning

Directions:
In bowl mix ground turkey, scarbourough fair oil, and chicken seasoning.

Put about 1/2 tsp of scarborough oil in skillet.

You can cook loose if you would like or roll into about a 2" meatball than flatten into patti. Makes about 16 sausage patties.

Heat pan to medium high. Cook on one side until brown. Flip and repeat. (Will need to drain off some juice midway.)

Enjoy in sandwiches, with eggs, even good cold.

If left loose it would be great as sausage gravy for bisquits or...
