Ingredients
- 2 lb Fresh or Frozen Blueberries
- 0.25 cup Sugar
- 0.5 cup Olive Cart Blueberry Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 loaf Sliced Bread of your Choice
- 2 lb Cream Cheese
- 4 oz Truffle Falls Black Truffle cheese, grated
- 2 Tbsp Heavy Cream
- 1 pint Fresh Blueberries (for garnish)
- 2 Tbsp Olive Carts White Truffle Oil
- 6.5 oz Olive carts Butter Olive Oil
Directions
- 1. Place all ingredients in a saucepan and cook over medium heat until reduced to a jam-like consistency.
- 2. In a stand mixer whip the cream cheese until light and fluffy. Slowly whip in the heavy cream & truffle oil. Gently fold in the grated cheese. Check seasoning, Add salt and pepper if you choose. Lay the bread out on a work surface. Spread 2-3 tablespoons of the truffle cheese mixture on each slice. Top with another slice of bread. Brush both sides with Butter flavored olive oil, Pre-heat a waffle iron or Panini press. Cook the sandwiches until brown. Let cool slighlty and cut in half of the diagonal. Place on a serving plate and drizzle with Wild blueberry Jam and garnish with fresh blueberries.
