Don't overlook Brussel Sprouts as a side dish for your next meal.  They are full of lots of nutrients, and if prepared correctly, are extremely tasty too!

1 1/2 lbs Brussel Sprouts
3 TBSP Olive Cart Scallion Greens Olive Oil
3/4 tsp Olive Cart Michigan Flaked Sea Salt
1/2 tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
3 TBSP Olive Cart Smokehouse Balsamic

Cut off any brown ends from the brussel sprouts, remove yellow leaves and cut any larger ones in half.  Combine Oil, sea salt and pepper in large bowl, add brussel sprouts and toss until well coated.  Put them in a single layer on a large cookie sheet and roast in a 400 degree over for 35 to 40 minutes, until the edges are brown and crispy, but the centers are still soft.  Remove from oven, drizzle with smokehouse balsamic and serve.  We love these as a side dish with pork or chicken, but also a great vegetarian dish as well.
