Smoky Apple Wood Chicken Breasts

Our smoky apple wood olive oil combined with our sweet heat seasoning makes a wonderful pairing. Broiling is very fast and has the advantage of not drying out white meat in the case of chicken, it can produce wonderful juicy meat.

3 Skinless Boneless Chicken Breasts.
Olive Cart Smoky Applewood Olive Oil.
Olive Cart Michigan Sweet Heat Spice Blend.
Parsley For Garnish.

Set your oven to broil and let it pre-heat. Trim any excess fat off chicken breasts and cut each n half. Coat each chicken breast half lightly with Olive Cart Smoky Apple Wood Oil.

Place on a cooking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Sprinkle with Michigan Sweet Heat Spice blend. When oven is heated place the chicken in just below the broiler element. Allow to broil for five to eight minutes.

Remove the chicken, flip it and re spice the other side, return to the broiler for another five to eight minutes. Test temperature with a meat thermoter and continue to broil until internal temperature is 165 degrees.

Once removed from the oven top with a small drizzle of the Applewood oil and a bit of Parsley to garnish.
