Raspberry Ginger Balsamic Muffins

  • 2.5 cup Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder

1/4  tsp Olive Cart French Fleur de Sel Sea Salt

  • 1 Medium Egg, beaten
  • 1/3 cup Olive Cart Blood Orange Avocado Oil OR Blood Orange Olive Oil
  • 3 Tbsp Raspberry Ginger White Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 cup Fresh Raspberries


  • 1. In a large bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, and Olive Cart French Fleur de Sel Sea Salt.
  • 2. In a smaller bowl, mix together egg, blood orange avocado oil, and Raspberry Ginger white Balsamic. Add to dry ingredients and mix.
  • 3. Add raspberries and stir.
  • 4. Preheat oven to 375 F. Pour into greased muffin tins or pan. Bake for 25 minutes or until cooked through.
