Pumpkin Chocolate Spaghetti
A unique recipe that utilizes your pasta or vermicelli press. Why not impress your family and friends with a desert pasta? You’ll be amazed at the flavors in this one-of-a-kind desert.
Ingredients for the noodles:
200 grams white chocolate chips
50 ml Full Fat Whipping Cream
1 Tbsp Olive Cart Pumpkin Spice Balsamic
Ingredients for the sauce:
1 8oz package softened cream cheese
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
6 Tbsp Softened Butter
4 Tbsp Olive Cart Pumpkin Jam
Heat whipping cream in a small saucepan until it's warm but not boiling. Add white chocolate chips a little at a time stirring in with a spoon until they are all melted, and the mixture is smooth. Add Pumpkin Spice Balsamic but don't entirely combine. Place the mixture in the fridge until it begins to get firm but is not solid. (This can take ten to 30 minutes depending on your refrigerator)
While "Pasta" mixture is firming up add softened cream cheese and butter to a mixing bowl, use an electric mixture to combine. Mix in the sugar slowly until it is all incorporated then add the jam and set aside.
When pasta/chocolate mixture is the consistency of a paste, load it into a vermicelli press, squeeze it out on a plate and top with sauce,
