Low Carb Salmon Patties with Pepper Sauce

A great delicious way to indulge in protein-packed salmon patties without the carbs! The pepper sauce is a must as a nice finishing touch to the patties.

Patties:
15 ounce canned bonless skinless salmon
1/2 cup almond flour (may use regular flour if you don't mind the carbs)
2 eggs
2 green onions, minced
2 tsp Olive Cart Michigan Herb Blend
1 tsp Olive Cart Smoked Sweet Spanish Paprika
1 tsp salt
2 TBSP Olive Cart Chive Olive Oil

Sauce:
3/4 cup mayonaise
2 TBSP Olive Cart Pepper Spread (we use one TBSP each of mild and hot, but is a matter of preference)

Mix all of the patty ingredients except for the olive oil.

Using a medium size cookie scoop to scoop the mixture, flatten each ball into a pattie. Heat a large skillet on medium high heat and add the chive olive oil.  Place salmon patties in the skillet and fry until golden brown, about 3 minutes each side.

Combine mayonaise and pepper spread and top each patty generously.
