1 Cups Olive Cart Garlic Cilantro Balsamic
2 Cups Olive Cart Lighthouse Lime Oil
1 Tbsp Olive Cart Applewood smoked sea salt
3 tsp chopped shallots
1 bunch flat leaf Italian parsley, chopped.
Add all ingredients into a large ziplock bag or glass dish. Add London broil or flank steak and marinate at least one hour but overnight is best.
