Lemon Olive Oil Caprese Salad

1/4 Cups Chopped Fresh Basil
1/4 Cups Chopped Fresh Parsley
5 Tbsp Olive Cart Lakefront Lemon Olive Oil
2 Medium Ripe Tomatoes sliced 1/4 inch Thick
1/2 lbs Fresh Mozzarella, Sliced 1/4 inch Thick
Olive Cart Michigan Flaked Sea Salt to taste
Olive Cart Four Pepper Blend to taste

Put basil, olive oil and parsley in a food processor until smooth. Arrange tomatoes and mozzarella on serving plate. Drizzle with herbed oil mixture and sprinkle with sea salt and pepper
