Lemon Garlic Kale Salad

1 Bunch Kale, washed, torn, and spun dry
1/2 Cup dried cranberries
1/4 Cup toasted pine nuts

1-2 lemons juiced
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Olive Cart Slow Roasted Garlic Oil

combine everything into a large Ziploc bag and mrinate overnight. Kale will turn a beautiful color from the lemon juice.
