Keto Bacon Wrapped Asparagus with Mustard Sauce

You don't have to be on a keto diet to enjoy this wonderfully tasty creation.  Enjoy them as a side dish, main course or appetizer.


1 12oz pkg bacon (not thick slice)
1 bunch asparagus
2 tsp Olive Cart Himalayan Pink Sea Salt

Sauce Indredients

1/3 cup mayonnaise (I use avocado mayo)
2 TBSP Olive Cart Jalapeno Cilantro Mustard
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp Stevia


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Remove tough end of asparagus stalks. Cut bacon strips lenghtwise in half, yielding appoximately 20 narrow long strips.

Starting at stalk end of an asparagus spear, wrap with a bacon strip barberhop pole style until up at the tip, leaving about 1" of the tip exposed. Place on baking sheet and repeat with all asparagus spears/bacon. Sprinkle with sea Himalayan Pink Sea Salt and bake 15 to 18 minutes until bacon begins to crisp. Remove from oven and allow to sit for 5 minutes, drizzle with sauce and serve.

Sauce Directions

Combine all ingredients until smooth. Either drizzle over asparagus or serve as a side dipping sauce.
