Jalapeno Olive Oil Guacamole

4 hass avocados
1 large tomato, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 small bunch cilantro, chopped
2 jalapeƱo chillies with seeds (more or less, depending on tolerance for heat)
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 tbsp Olive Cart Jalapeno Olive Oil
Juice of one lemon
Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Chop the flesh of the avocados roughly and place in a mixing bowl. Use a fork or potato masher to mash (leaving some chunks). Gently stir in the other chopped ingredients. Scoop into a serving bowl and serve with tortilla chips or freshly cut vegetables.
