Italian Cheese Parmesan Puttanesca Dip

Two 8 oz. packages of Mascarpone or Cream Cheese
1 t. Olive Cart Garlic Cheese Bread seasoning packet
1 T. Fresh Parsley (minced)
3 T. Olive Cart Puttanesca Sauce
2 T. Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
¼ C. Fresh Basil (broken into small pieces)

Cream together the cheese, garlic powder and parsley. Spread mixture into a glass or ceramic pie dish. Top with Olive Cart Puttanesca sauce, then sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese. Microwave for 2 ½ to 3 minutes until hot.

Top with Fresh Basil. Serve with slices of crusty bread
