2 Slices Texas Toast bread
3 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
3-4 tbsp Olive Cart Hazelnut oil
Combine Eggs, Milk, Vanilla, and Olive Cart Hazelnut oil in mixing bowl and whisk thoroughly
Prepare skillet for cooking heat to just before medium till water droplets will begin to evaporate and run around on the hot surface. soak your texas toast in the egg mixture until it soaks up the liquid all through then fish out with a slotted spatula they will need the support until they are cooked. Place on your skillet in a little butter or without if you are using a teflon pan. cook till golden brown on both sides as it's finishing puncture with a toothpick to check for done-ness
Plate and garnish with powdered sugar, fruit, ( A nice Olive Cart fruity or chocolate marshmallow balsamic would be really great here )
