Impress your family with an easy, healthy, and delicious way to prepare salmon on your grill that will revile any salmon dish you have may have had in a fine restaurant.

1 ½ pounds salmon fillets
4 tsp Olive Cart Great Lakes Blend
1 tsp garlic powder
1/3 cup Olive Cart Smokehouse Balsamic
1/3 cup Olive Cart Slow Roasted Garlic Oil
1/3 cup soy sauce
2 TBSP water
2 TBSP Olive Cart Michigan Maple Balsamic

Sprinkle Great Lakes Blend and garlic powder evenly over meaty side of fillets. Then massage into the flesh. Set aside for 10 minutes or more.

Prepare glaze by whisking together in a medium bowl Smokehouse Balsamic, Garlic Oil, soy sauce and water.

After salmon has sat for at least 10 minutes with spices, place inside a gallon size resealable plastic bag. Pour marinade in the bag, press out excess air and seal bag tightly. Turn bag several times to coat all sides of salmon. Place in fridge and allow to marinade for a minimum of 2 hours.

Place a grill plate on the grill and brush lightly with olive oil. Heat grill to medium high heat (350 to 375 degrees). Place salmon on center of grill plate, skin side down. Grill with lid closed for 6 to 8 minutes. Flip salmon over and grill for an additional 6 to 8 minutes.

Remove from grill and cut into serving sizes desired. Drizzle Michigan Maple Balsamic prior to serving.

Note: Adjust cooking time based on your family's preference on temperature of meat and thickness of fillets.
