Brush Portabella caps gently with dry paper towel to be sure they are clean. Place in a large resealable bag or airtight container. Add Soy Sauce,Olive Cart Smokehouse Balsamic and garlic. Seal container and shake gently to combine. Let mushroom caps marinate at room temperature for 2-3 hours, turning bag occasionally. Preheat grill/broiler/skillet to medium heat if grill or skillet. Lightly oil pan/grill. Cook marinated mushrooms until browned and juicy (about 6 minutes per side).
