Garlic Olive Oil Pasta with Basil and Roasted Roma Tomatoes

6 Plum Tomatoes per person
Fresh Basil
Olive Cart Slow Roasted Garlic Olive Oil
Spaghetti Pasta
Fresh Grated Parmesan


Preheat oven to 300º degrees

Cut plum tomatoes lengthwise into quarters and place on cookie sheet. Drizzle Olive Cart Slow Roasted Garlic Olive Oil generously over the tomatoes and salt/pepper. Cook for 3 hours in 300º degree oven.

Meanwhile, rough chop cloves of garlic leaving larger pieces, place in small saucepan with olive oil and sauté until golden in color on medium heat. Approximately 10-15 minutes.
