Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground turkey
1/4 C Olive Cart Scarborough Fare EVO
2 TBS Olive Cart Chicken Seasoning
Directions:
In bowl mix ground turkey, scarbourough fair oil, and chicken seasoning.
Put about 1/2 tsp of scarborough oil in skillet.
You can cook loose if you would like or roll into about a 2" meatball than flatten into patti. Makes about 16 sausage patties.
Heat pan to medium high. Cook on one side until brown. Flip and repeat. (Will need to drain off some juice midway.)
Enjoy in sandwiches, with eggs, even good cold.
If left loose it would be great as sausage gravy for bisquits or chicken fried steak.
Could also cook as meatballs for swedish meatballs.
