1 Baguette,sliced, brushed with Olive Cart Butternut Squash Seed Oil and toasted
4 Tbsp Olive Cart Organic Olive Oil (2 T. for Brushing)
1 Garlic Clove (peeled and halved)
Coarsely chopped 4 large ripe tomatoes (1/4 inch cubes)
1 1/2—2 T. Freshly Chopped Basil
1 Tbsp Olive Cart South Haven 25 Year Aged Balsamic
Olive Cart Michigan FlakeSea Salt
Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
Prepare bread as indicated above. After toasting, rub each slice of bread with the garlic cloves and set aside slices on a platter. In a medium bowl, add chopped tomatoes, basil, and 2 Tbsp Organic Oil, stir gently. Spoon the mixture on to the toasted bread and top with sea salt and fresh ground pepper. Drizzle with a few drops Balsamic Vinegar and serve immediately.
