Berry Balsamic Sorbet

1 Cup fresh blackberries
1 Cup fresh raspberries or strawberries
1 Cup fresh blueberries
1/2 Cup honey
1/4 Cup sugar
2 Cups Water
3 Tbsp Olive Cart South Haven 25 Year Aged Balsamic Vinegar.

Place berries, sugar, honey and water in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a quick boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool completely. Puree until smooth in a blender or food processor and then strain through a fine mesh strainer. Stir in the Olive Cart South Haven 25 year Aged Balsamic Vinegar. Process in an ice cream machine according to the manufacture's directions.
