Basil and Olive Medley Caprese Crostini

Fresh Mozzarella, sliced
Olive Cart Sun dried tomato and olive bruschetta topping, one jar
Fresh Basil, cut in thin strips
Olive Cart Basil Leaf Olive Oil
Thin slices of Italian bread, brushed with Olive Cart Basil Leaf Olive Oil and toasted

Place a slice of fresh mozzarella on top of the toasted Italian bread. Add a dollop of Olive Bread topping over the mozzarella. Top with a few strips of basil and drizzle lightly with Basil Oil. Serve immediately!
