Angel Eggs

Ingredients:
 
6 hard boiled eggs, sliced in half lengthwise and yolks removed and crumbled in separate bowl
1 jar Olive Cart Artichoke & Green Olive Tapenade
2 Tablespoons mayonaise
2 Tablespoons Olive Cart Basil Oil
2 Tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
 
Combine all ingredients except eggs. Fill egg white halves with filling. Generously sprinkle crumbled yolk over top of filling. Garnish with scallions or herb of choice.
