Sautéed Brussel Sprouts with Fig Glaze

1 ½ lbs of Brussel sprouts cut in half
4 strips of bacon
1 1/2 tsp Olive Cart Smokey Bacon Salt
1 clove garlic minced
4 oz Olive Cart Fig Francesca Glaze
1 tsp minced fresh thyme.
2 TBLS crumbled Feta, Goat, Or Blue Cheese
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add Bacon and cook until crisp.  Remove bacon and set aside.
Add halved Brussel sprouts to the same pan. Sprinkle with Olive Cart Smokey Bacon salt and garlic and stir.  Cook until sprouts caramelize and soften.  Stir in Olive Cart Fig Francesca Glaze and thyme.
Place in serving bowl and crumble bacon and cheese over the top.  Garnish with additional thyme.
