Roasted Glazed Carrots

12 carrots, sliced diagonally in 1 1/2 thick pieces
3 tablespoons Olive Cart Butternut Squash Seed oil
2 tablespoons Olive Cart Maple Balsamic
salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 400*
Toss carrots in bowl with oil, put on baking sheet in a single layer, salt and pepper. Roast in oven 20-25 minutes until fork tender and golden brown. Drizzle balsamic over top of carrots, return to oven for 3 more minutes.
