Olive Cart Cornbread

-2/3 cup buttermilk

- 1 whole medium egg

- 15oz package of any cornbread

- 3/4 cup Olive Cart Corn Relish with black olives

-1/3 cup Olive Cart Jalapeno Olive Oil

Note: If you really like heat, you can substitue our habanero oil!



-preheat oven 375 degrees

- Mix ingredients together until  moistened

-grease 8 x 8 pan with Olive Cart Jalapeno Oil

-bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown
