Grilled Sweet Heat Tuna Sandwich with garlic mayo

1 Small Tuna Steak
1 Red Onion
Olive Cart Michigan Sweet Heat spice blend
Olive Cart Toasted Garlic Avocado Oil
Boston Lettuce
Mayonnaise
Garlic Paste or Toasted garlic
2 tsp Cumin
1tsp black pepper
 
Take your Thawed ( Or fresh if you're really lucky ) Tuna steak rinse and pat dry with paper towels. set aside and pre-heat your skillet/griddle/Grill pan to medium High. Add a drizzle of Olive Cart Toasted Garlic Avocado Oil to the pan and put your tuna in to cook.1-2 minutes on each side will be rare 3-4 minutes will be med to well done. once done place your tuna on a plate and cover liberally with Olive Cart Michigan Sweet Heat spice blend. Place on a toasted bun with a slice of red onion, a leaf of boston or green leaf lettuce and garlic mayo.
 
 
Garlic mayo
3  Tbsps Mayonnaise
1 tsp Black Pepper
2 tsp Cumin
1 tbsp garlic paste or roasted garlic
 
Mix together and enjoy
