Game Day Grilled Shrimp

1 pound frozen, raw shrimp(peeled and deveined - I use 21-25 count)
1/4 cup Olive Cart Chipotle Avocado Oil
2 tbsp Olive Cart Mango Balsamic
1 tsp minced garlic 
1/4 tsp Lawry’s salt
1/4 tsp black pepper 
Mix all ingredients together. Thaw shrimp under cold water, pat dry and add to marinade for 30 minutes. Put on skewers and grill 3-4 minutes per side on med-high heat. Remove from grill and drizzle with additional balsamic if desired. You can also use cherry and raspberry balsamic for this recipe.
