Caramelized Carrots

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Use either Tri-Color Carrots or baby carrots and toss them with Olive Cart Tandoori Oil, (just enough to coat them) and sprinkle with Olive Cart Michigan Sea Salt Flakes
Place them in a single layer on a cookie sheet and cook until caramelized.  
The sweetness of the carrots with the wonderful spices and heat of the Olive Cart Tandoori Oil makes for a great side, especially if served over Harissa Yogurt Dip
