Olive Cheesy Everything Oopsie Bread

3 eggs

1/2 cup cream cheese, needs to be full fat softened
1/4 teaspoon Olive Cart Michigan Sea Salt Flakes
1/8 teaspoon Cream of Tartar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Sprinkle of Olive Cart Everything Seasoning
Preheat oven to 300°
Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
In the yolk bowl, add cream cheese, and baking powder. Mix until there  are no remaining lumps.
In egg white bowl, add cream of tartar and Olive Cart Michigan Sea Salt Flakes. Using a mixer on high, whip until you can form stiff peaks.
Gently fold egg whites into the egg yolks.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Using a spoon (or for more uniform shapes a large cookie scoop) place by dollop on parchment paper leaving 1" space between.
Bake 25 minutes or until the become golden brown.
Let cool and Enjoy!
Not a traditional bread by any means, but beautiful cheesy flavor and delicious and airy. Wonderful as a dinner roll or snack for sure.
