Mardi Gras Dip

8 oz cream cheese, softened

¼ cup butter

3 tablespoons Olive Cart Scallion Oil

11/2 teaspoons Olive Cart Sweet Smoked Paprika

1 cup chopped bell peppers

2 ribs celery, chopped

½ jar Olive Cart Pickled Okra, drained and chopped

1 garlic clove, minced

salt to taste



Whip cream cheese and butter and oil together until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
