Harissa Chicken Naan Bread Pizza

If you're looking for a quick yet tasty pizza recipe option, this is it. The heat pairs nicely with the sweet. We like it paired with a fresh green salad drizzled with your favorite Olive Cart oil and balsamic dressing.

2 pack Stonefire Naan Bread
1/2lb chicken tenders
2 TBSP Olive Cart Harissa Oil
1/2 cup Olive Cart Roasted Red Pepper & Goat Cheese Tapenade
3 TBSP crumbled bacon
1/2 cup Itailian 5 cheese blend shredded cheese
1 TBSP Olive Cart Apricot Balsamic
Yields 2 single-serve pizzas

Heat oven to 400°F
Cube chicken and lightly sautee, until golden, with salt and pepper in Harissa oil. Heat Naan bread in ovenfor 2 minutes. Mix tapenade into chicken. Spoon sauce on heated naan bread. Top with cheese followed by bacon. Bake 5 to 7 minutes. Remove from oven and cool slightly. Drizzle with Apricot balsamic.
