Dressing
1 cup mayonnaise
3 Tbsp Olive Cart Lambrusco Vinegar
2 Tbsp Olive Cart Green Apple White Balsamic
1.5 Tbsp Lemon juice
salt/pepper to taste
Coleslaw
1 granny smith apple peeled & grated
1/2 to 1 head green cabbage grated
1-2 large carrots grated
Combine apple, carrots, and cabbage after grating
Toss with dressing and prepare for a flavor explosion!
