Creamy Chicken Pasta

1 pound chicken breast
2 tablespoons Olive Cart Tuscan Herb olive oil
salt and pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp butter
3 garlic cloves (minced)
2-3 small tomatoes (diced)
2 cups spinach
2 teaspoon Olive Cart Sun-Dried Tomato Basil seasoning
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
1.5 cup heavy cream
1 cup Parmesan cheese
10oz. penne pasta (or pasta of your choice)

Chicken: season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Heat Olive Cart Tuscan Herb in large deep skillet then add chicken breast and cook until browned on each side. Remove chicken from pan and slice it. Put to the side.

Creamy Sauce: In the same pan add butter and once it melts add garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add tomatoes and cook for 3 minutes until they release their juices, then add fresh spinach and cook until it wilts.
Season with paprika, Olive Cart Sun-Dried Tomato Basil seasoning, crushed red pepper flakes and salt. Mix.
Next add heavy cream and bring mixture to a boil. Then reduce to simmer and slowly add Parmesan cheese until it melts and makes creamy sauce.

Pasta: bring large pot of water to boil, add pasta and cook according to box instructions. Drain.

Final Step: Add sliced chicken and pasta to creamy sauce. Stir until fully coated in sauce.
