Lemon Pumpkin Hummus

16 oz garbanzo beans (chick peas) drained and rinsed

½ can Libby's 100% pure pumpkin no preservatives

3 TBLS Olive Cart Lakefront Lemon Olive Oil

3 TBLS Olive Cart Pumpkin Spice Balsamic

½ tsp fine sea salt


Add 1-16oz can of garbanzo beans (approximately 2 cups drained) and the rest of the ingredients to a food processor mix until smooth.

Great on breads, pita chips, fresh vegetables or as a side dish.
