1 lb 97% lean Ground Turkey
¾ c mayonnaise
¾ c Olive Cart Green Olive Tapenade
¼ c finely chopped onion
1 large egg
2 tsp Olive Cart Michigan Steak Blend
½ cup crushed saltines
¼ c Olive Cart Pesto EVO Oil
Mix the first 7 ingredients together and form into 8 patties.
Preheat a large skillet over medium low heat and add 2 tbls Olive Cart Pesto EVO Oil. Place the patties in the skillet. Do not flip until the sides are showing signs of cooking midway up. When you flip, you should have a nice golden crust. Add remaining Olive Cart Pesto EVO oil. Allow second side to cook through. Serve with additional Olive Cart Green Olive Tapenade or an oil of your choice.
