1/2 Cup Olive Cart Slow Roasted Garlic Olive Oil
2 Cups packed fresh basil leaves
1/2 Cup freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
8 oz fresh Chevre (Goat Cheese)
1/2 tsp Olive Cart South Haven Flaked Sea Salt

Put goat cheese, basil, olive oil, parmesan and salt in a food processor or blender. Process to a smooth paste, use as a dip, spread, or serve over hot pasta.
