Garlic Olive Oil Kalamata Olives with Orange Rind

1/2 lb Olive Cart Kalamata Olives
Olive Cart Slow Roasted Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil to cover
Rind of 1 Orange cut into strips about 1/2 inch wide and 1 inch long
 

Rinse the olives in cool water, then turn them out onto a kitchen towel and pat dry. Place in a bowl and add the Olive Cart Slow Roasted Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil and orange rind. Toss to mix evenly and store in a clean 1 1/2 cup jar until ready to use. To serve, remove the olives with tongs so that they are not dripping with oil.
