Deep Fried Olives with Red Bell Pepper dipping Sauce

1 Jar Olive Cart Bleu Cheese Stuffed Olives
1 Cup Flour
1 egg + 2 tsp water beaten ( egg wash)
1 Cup toasted bread crumbs
2 Cups Olive Cart Grapeseed OIl

Red Pepper Dipping Sauce

1 Cup toasted almonds
4 cloves garlic
1 Cup Olive Cart South Haven Blend Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Olive Cart Red Wine Vinegar
2 Cups red bell peppers, charred and peeled.- Jarred are fine.
Chile flakes to taste
Salt to taste

Add all ingredients except chile flakes and salt to food processor or blender and blend until smooth, season to taste with chile flakes and salt

In a dutch oven or deep stock pan heat Grapeseed oil to 350 degrees. Toss olives in flour, dip in egg wash, toss in bread crumbs. Fry until breadcrumbs are golden brown. Serve warm.
Try with any of the many varieties of Olive Cart Stuffed Olives.
