Blueberry Blue Cheese Salad

3 Tbsp Olive Cart Blueberry Balsamic Jam
1 Tbsp dijon mustard
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp Pepper
2 Tbsp Olive Cart Australian Olive Oil
2 Tbsp snipped chives
5 Ounces (10 cups) baby spinach
12 Ounces (appx 2 cups) blueberries- preferably fresh
3/4 Cup walnuts, toasted and roughly chopped
1/2 Cup crumbled blue cheese or gorganzola

In a small bowl, stir together blueberry balsamic jam, mustard, salt and pepper. Slowly whisk in australian olive oil until well combined. Mix in chives and set aside.

Toss together spinach, blueberries, walnuts, and blue cheese/gorganzola. Mix in dressing or serve on the side.

Can also substitute the Blueberry Balsamic Chardonnay Glaze for Blueberry Balsamic Jam
