Eggsellant Egg Salad

8 hard boiled eggs, peeled and mashed
1/4 c mayo
1/4 c sour cream
1/3 cup Olive Cart Jalapeno Cilantro Mustard
3 Tbls Olive Cart Mild Pepper Spread
Salt & Pepper to taste
Chopped celery and onions optional

Mix together and enjoy in stuffed tomatoes, with crackers, on bread.. etc.

Great use for left over Easter eggs.
