Ingredients:

16 oz garbanzo beans (chick peas) drained and rinsed

½ can Libby's 100% pure pumpkin no preservatives

3 TBLS Olive Cart Lemon Pepper Olive Oil

3 TBLS Olive Cart Pumpkin Spice Balsamic

½ tsp fine sea salt

Directions:

Add 1-16oz can of garbanzo beans (approximately 2 cups drained) and the rest of the ingredients to a food processor mix until smooth.

Great on breads, pita chips, fresh vegetables or as a side dish.

·      8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature

·      2 cups shredded Italian 5 cheese

·      1/4 cup mayonnaise

·      1 jar Olive Cart Muffuletta, drained & diced

Mix all in a microwave safe dish and heat 2 minutes until cheese starts to melt.  Enjoy with chips, veggies, or on a burger/sandwich.

You can also put in a casserole dish and heat 350 degree oven for 30 minutes for a hot dip.

Ingredients:

2- 1-2” thick bone in pork chops

2 TBLS Olive Cart Scallion Oil

Olive Cart Cincinnati Chili Spice Blend

Fine Sea Salt to taste

Directions:

Generously coat the pork chops with Olive Cart Cincinnati Chili Spice. Salt pork chops lightly to start with.  In a skillet over medium high heat, add Olive Cart Scallion Oil.

Cook chops approximately 4-5 minutes per side.  You should have a nice crust, and still be juicy inside.

Enjoy with Balsamic Spiced Peaches on top.

Ingredients:

1 brownie mix

Olive Cart Ginger Oil in qty the brownie mix calls for.

Pumpkin Cheesecake Filling

4 oz Cream Cheese softened

½ cup Pumpkin Puree (NOT PIE FILLING)

¼ cup Dark Brown Sugar packed

¼ cup all purpose flour

2TBLS Olive Cart Pumpkin Spice Balsamic

1 large egg at room temperature

 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350

Prepare brownie mix according to instructions, substituting Olive Cart Ginger Oil for the vegetable oil. Place in 9 X 13 pan greased with Olive Cart Ginger Oil.

Ingredients:

1 package frozen butternut squash cubes, thawed

4 green onions sliced

1 rib of celery diced

5 strips of crisp bacon crumbled

4 TBLS Olive Cart Green Apple White Balsamic

2 TBLS Olive Cart Roasted Chili Oil

1 tsp Fine sea salt

 

Directions:

Put 1st 4 ingredients in a bowl.  In a second bowl whisk the Olive Cart Green Apple White Balsamic & Olive Cart Roasted Chili Oil with the fine sea salt.  Pour over the first bowl and toss gently.

1 C White Chocolate Melting Chips

8 oz Cream cheese Softened

1/2 C Graham cracker crumbs

1/3 C Olive Cart Dark Pumpkin Spice Balsamic

Pinch Olive Cart Fleur De Sel Sea Salt

½ c Pumpkin puree (not pie filling)

 

Microwave White chocolate (or use double boiler if you prefer) Mix in softened cream cheese until smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Serve immediately or it will set up slightly when refrigerated and can be used for actual truffles.

 

Great with Teddy Grahams, Ginger Snaps, fresh fruit, or as a cheesecake filling.

8 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese room temperature

8 oz Extra Creamy Cool Whip thawed

1 9” Graham Cracker Crust

1/3 cup Olive Cart Lemon Avocado Oil

1/3 cup Olive Cart Grapefruit White Balsamic

Dusting of Olive Cart Baharat Spice

Cream Philadelphia Cream Cheese until smooth. Slowly add in the Olive Cart Lemon Avocado Oil and the Olive Cart Grapefruit White Balsamic until blended.

Fold in the Cool Whip gently until incorporated. (will look some what rough in texture.)

Spread in graham cracker crust and place in freezer until about approximately 20 minutes prior to serving.  Bring to room temperature. ...

3 Cups Frozen Pineapple

1/4 c plus 1 TBS (5 TBS) Olive Cart Grapefruit white balsamic

1.5 TBS Olive Cart Key Lime Avocado Oil

Throw it all in a food processor and puree. Instant yuminess. Or you can put in bowl and use an immersion blender.  For  Granita, pour in pan and every once in a while, scrape with fork.
