So simple to make yet so incredibly delicious, this method of preparing asparagus will fool anyone into eating their vegetables.

1 Bunch of fresh asparagus
3 TBSP Olive Cart Slow Roasted Garlic Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/4 cup Olive Cart Green Olive Asiago Parmesan Tapenade
Juice of medium lemon or 2 tsp lemon juice

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil.  Trim stalk ends of asparagus roughly 1" from bottom.  Place asaparagus parallel on baking sheet, drizzle with 2 TBSP of garlic olive oil and season with season salt and pepper to taste.  Toss lightly on sheet to coat asparagus...

There are certain smells that we associate with warmth and comfort. The smells of this squash roasting in your oven exude those emotions with sage, nutmeg, herbs and honey.  It’s a perfect side dish for any cool evening.

2 acorn squash (small to medium size)
3 TBSP Olive Cart Herb Garden olive oil
1/2 tsp grated nutmeg
3 TBSP honey
8 sage leaves, chopped

This is the best time of year to visit our town's farmer's markets as our local farmers bring their harvest in for the taking.  There is an abundance of fresh produce this time of year so stop in South Haven's farmers market on Wednesday and Saturday mornings and St Joseph's farmers market on Saturday mornings.  Don't forget to stop by our stores to pick up the perfect oils and balsamic vinegars compliments while you are at it.

4 med. size boneless, skinless chicken breasts pounded to 1/2" thick
1 good sized bunch asparagus
approx. 1/4 cup Olive Cart Rosemary Lavender olive oil
1 jar Olive Cart Blueberry Salsa 
1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp each dried oregano and thyme
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp each salt and pepper

One of the simplest recipes you will make yet so luxurious and extraordinary.  Take our word on it, after your first batch you will find the need to double the recipe as it goes quickly.


One 15 oz can small white beans drained and rinsed
1/4 cup freshly shave parmesan cheese
Juice of one medium lemon (roughly 2 TBSP)
1 1/2 TBSP Olive Cart White Truffle Oil
Salt and Pepper to Taste


Combine the beans, parmesan, lemon juice and truffle oil in a food processor.  Puree until smooth.  Add a drizzle or two more of the truffle oil if you desire a thinner consistency as well as salt and pepper...
